The lines of atomic carbon have been measured by
(1) S. Yamamoto and S. Saito, 1991, Astrophys. J. 370, L103;
and by
(2) H. Klein, F. Lewen, R. Schieder, J. Stutzki, and G. Winnewisser, 1998, Astrophys. J. 494, L125.
Intensities were calculated using the free electron g factor.
Additional partition function values have been provided with respect to the Sep. 1999 entry. In addition, minute corrections were made to the lower state energies. The version number has been retained.
