The lines have been reported in
(1) C. A. Gottlieb, S. Brünken, M. C. McCarthy, and P. Thaddeus,
2007, J. Chem. Phys. 126, Art. No. 191101.
With respect to the May 2007 entry, several submillimeter
transitions up to about 785 GHz were used in the fit.
They were published by

2008, J. Chem. Phys. 129, Art. No. 244305.
14N hyperfine splitting was resolved for
J" ≤ 1. Therefore, a separate calculation with
14N hyperfine splitting is provided up to
J" = 4. The partition function takes into
account the spin multiplicity gI = 3
of the 14N nucleus !
Unresolved hyperfine splitting for the J" = 2
and 3 or the different discharge conditions may affect the
transition frequencies slightly outside the stated
uncertainties. Nevertheless, the
predictions should be reliable up to about 2 THz.
The ab initio dipole moment was mentioned in (1).
