The observed transitions have been summarized in
(1) S. Brünken, U. Fuchs, F. Lewen, S. Urban, T. Giesen, and G. Winnewisser, 2004, J. Mol. Spectrosc., 225, 152.
The v = 0 and v2 = 1 state data have been fit together along with ν2 infrared data from
(2) E. Möllmann, A. G. Maki, M. Winnewisser, B. P. Winnewisser, and W. Quapp, 2002, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 212, 22.
The dipole moment was reported in
(3) R. L. DeLeon and J. S. Muenter, 1984, J. Chem. Phys. 80, 3992.
The 14N hyperfine splitting can be resolved for low values of J. Therefore, a separate hyperfine calculation is provided for J" ≤ 6. The spin multiplicity gI of 3 for the 14N nucleus is included in the partition function. The second and third quantum number is the l value and a vibrational identifier, respectively.
The partition function takes into account both vibrational states. Contributions of vibrational states to the partition function are given in parentheses.
