The experimental lines are from astronomical observations

The dipole moment is from a quantum chemical calculation
from that work. The Ka = 0 levels are
sufficiently well constrained for observations of cold
and even lukewarm sources. The Ka = 1
levels are less well constrained, and the calculated
positions should be viewed with some cautions.
Still higher Ka can not be calculated
with sufficient accuracy.
At low temperatures, it may be necessary to discern between
ortho-H2NC and para-H2NC.
The ortho states are described by Ka even,
the para states by Ka odd.
The NKaKc = 111;
J, F + 0.5 = 1, 1 is the lowest para state.
It is about 12.4 cm1 above ground.
