The observed transitions have been summarized in
(1) S. Brünken, U. Fuchs, F. Lewen, S. Urban, T. Giesen, and G. Winnewisser, 2004, J. Mol. Spectrosc., 225, 152.
The v = 0 and v2 = 1 state data have been fit together along with ν2 infrared data from
(2) W. Quapp, M. Hirsch, G. C. Mellau, S. Klee, M. Winnewisser, and A. G. Maki, 1999, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 195, 284.
The dipole moment was assumed to agree with that of DCN, see e028509.cat.
No hyperfine splitting and no excited vibrational states were considered in the calculation of the partition function.
The dipole moment was assumed to agree with that of DCN, see e028509.cat.
