The J = 3 2 transition was reported by
(1) G. M. Plummer, E. Herbst, and F. C. De Lucia,
1983, Astrophys. J., 270, L99.
The J = 1 0 transition is from an astronomical
observation by
(2) J. Schmid-Burgk, D. Muders, H. S. P. Müller, and
B. Brupbacher-Gatehouse;
2004, Astron. Astrophys., 419 949.
Predictions, in particular to high frequencies, should be viewed
with some caution because of the small number of lines in the fit.
The dipole moment is assumed to agree with that of the main
isotopic species, see e029507.cat.
