The laboratory data has been reported in

2005, Astron. Astrophys., 433, 1145.
In contrast to earlier work, (1) seems to have avoided
frequency shifts due to ion drift.
At low J, it may be possible to resolve the D
hyperfine splitting. It is essentially the same as that of
DCO+, see e30510.cat.
The dipole moment is assumed to agree with that of the main
isotopic species, see e029507.cat.
