The experimental data were reported by
(1) L. Dore, G. Cazzoli, S. Civis, and F. Scappini, 1997, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 183, 107.
The experimental data cover a very small quantum number range. Predictions with uncertainties larger than about 1 MHz should be viewed with caution. Moreover, estimated uncertainties for b-type transitions are too small for Ka > 1 – 0 because DK had to be kept fixed.
The dipole moment was assumed to agree with that of the main species, see e031504.cat.
