Millimeter wave measurements were reported by
(1) S. Tsunekawa, 1972, J. Phys. Soc. Japan 33, 167.
Additional measurements were described in
(2) I. Morino, K. M. T. Yamada, H. Klein, S. P. Belov, G. Winnewisser, R. Bocquet, G. Wlodarczak, W. Lodyga, and M. Kreglewski, 2000, J. Mol. Struct. 517/518, 367.
Hyperfine splitting caused by the 14N nucleus may be resolvable for low values of J or for c-type transitions. Since the splitting is small, it has been omitted in the calculations. Only the line centers from (1) were used. The line list from (2) was kindly provided by K. M. T. Yamada. Higher frequency transitions with uncertainties larger than 200 kHz have not been merged.
The dipole moment was reported in (1).
