The experimental lines were taken from
(1) W. M. Stigliani, V. W. Laurie, and J. C. Li, 1975, J. Chem. Phys. 62, 1890; (2) M. Bogey, C. Demuynck, J. L. Destombes, and J. C. Guillemin, 1986, Chem. Phys. Lett. 125, 569; and from
(3) J. M. Vrtilek, C. A. Gottlieb, T. J. LePage, and P. Thaddeus, 1987, Astrophys. J. 316, 826.
Some transitions frequencies have been determined both in (2) and (3); these were found to differ by an average of about 40 kHz – outside of the combined uncertainties of mostly 20 and 10 kHz, respectively. The source of the discrapancies could not be determined unambiguously. Therefore, uncertainties of the transition frequencies in (1-3) were set to 50 kHz, unless already larger than that.
The dipole moment is from
(4) P. H. Kasai, R. J. Myers, D. F. Eggers, and K. B. Wiberg, 1959, J. Chem. Phys. 30, 512.
Spin-statistical weight ratios of 5 : 3 for levels having Ka even and odd, respectively, have been taken into account.
