Rotational transition frequencies were taken
from

The calculations were truncated at J = 25 and at
500 GHz. The calculations should be viewed with
caution if the uncertainties exceed 0.2 MHz.
The rotational partition function is converged employing
summation over states with J up to 99.
Spin-statistics (3 : 1) were considered; ortho
states have Ka odd and para
states have Ka even.
