The lines have been reported in
(1) S. Saito, Y. Endo, and E. Hirota, 1983, J. Chem. Phys. 78, 6447.
and in
(2) L. Bizzocchi, C. Degli Esposti, and L. Dore, 2006, Astron. Astrophys. 455, 1161.
In contrast to (1), a uniform uncertainty of 30 kHz was applied to each line from that work. The line list was provided by LB. As SiN has been observed in space mostly at lower frequencies, the prediction contains 14N hyperfine splitting throughout even though it will be negligible in the submillimeter region.
Calculations of frequencies with predicted uncertzainties much larger than 100 kHz should be viewed with some caution.
The dipole moment is from an ab initio calculations reported in
(3) I. S. K. Kerkines and A. Mavrides, 2005, J. Chem. Phys. 123, Art.-No. 124301.
