The lines have been reported in

14N hyperfine splitting was resolved for J" = 0. Therefore, a separate calculation with 14N hyperfine splitting is provided up to J" = 2. The partition function takes into account the spin multiplicity gI = 3 of the 14N nucleus !
Predictions should be reliable up to about 1 THz, possibly throughout.
The ab initio ground state dipole moment was taken from
