The experimental lines were reported by

The reported uncertainties were rather very conservative.
Evidently, very much smaller uncertainties were assumed
implicitely. The uncertainties used here are closer to
the implicitely assumed ones (mostly 10 kHz).
The predictions should be sufficient for astronomical observations.
Spin-statistics matter for the intensities.
The nuclear spin-weight ratio is 5 : 3
for ortho-H2CSiH2
: para-H2CSiH2.
The ortho states are described by
Ka even, the para
states by Ka odd.
The dipole moment is from an ab initio calculation
