Experimental transition frequencies with uncertainties larger than 100 kHz have not been merged. Vibrational contributions by the v5 = 1 state can be estimated by taking twice the values from the main isotopomer, see e050511.cat. The factor of two is due to the additional hyperfine splitting caused by the 13C nucleus.
The ab initio dipole moment of the main isotopomer was reported in (1).
