Vibrational contributions by the v5 = 1 state can be estimated by taking two thirds the values from the main isotopomer, see e050511.cat. The factor of two tirds due to the spin-multiplicity 2 15N compared to 3 of 14N; in other words: I(15N) = 0.5 vs. I(14N) = 1.
The ab initio dipole moment of the main isotopomer was reported in (1).
