With respect to the Jan. 2003 entry, transitions newly reported by

have been used. In addition, the tag has been adjusted.
The μ_a dipole moment component was determined experimentally by
(3) Sobolev et al., 1962, Opt. Spectrosc. 12, 78
and was confirmed by an ab initio study presented in (1). Due to the low value of μ_b (presumably < 0.03 D), no b-type transitions have been measured in the laboratory so far. Hence, b-type transitions have been omitted from the prediction.
