The lines have been reported in

The fit has been carried out using constants and quantum numbers
of Hund's case (b). The prediction of the 1H
hyperfine splitting for the high lying Π3/2 substate
should be viewed with some caution because no low N
transition with resolved hyperfine splitting
has been observed for this substate.
The dipole moment is from an ab initio calculation
mentioned in (1).
Please note that there are quantum chemical calculations
suggesting a much smaller dipole moment of 0.98 D.
This causes intensities to be lower by a factor of 2.0.
