The fit has been carried out using constants and quantum numbers
of Hund's case (b). The prediction of the
14N hyperfine splitting for the
high lying Π3/2 substate should be
viewed with some caution because no low N transition with
resolved hyperfine splitting has been observed for this substate.
The dipole moment is from an ab initio calculation
mentioned in (1).
