The experimental line list was extended considerably with
respect to the first entry from Oct. 2002. While the first
entry was sufficient for searches in cold regions, it is not
quite enough for seaches in warmer sources. Millimeter and
submillimeter data were reported by
(1) H. S. P. Müller, A. Brahmi M., J.-C. Guillemin,
F. Lewen, and S. Schlemmer,
2021, Astron. Astrophys. 647, Art. No. A179.
Earlier microwave and millimeter wave data were retained.
They were taken from
(2) R. C. Benson, W. H. Flygare, M. Oda, and R. Breslow,
1973, J. Am. Chem. Soc. 95, 2772;
and from
(3) J. C. Guillemin, G. Wlodarczak, J. C. Lopez, and J. Demaison,
1990, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 140, 190.
The data should be accurate enough to about 1 THz.
At low temperatures, it may be necessary to discern between
ortho-c-H2C3O and
para-c-H2C3O. The ortho
and para states are described by Ka odd
and even, respectively. The nuclear spin-weights are 3 and 1 for
ortho-c-H2C3O and
para-c-H2C3O, respectively.
The JKaKc = 111
level is the lowest ortho level.
It is 1.2783 cm1 above ground.
The dipole moment was determined in (2).
