Data with Ka > 1 have been omitted because they cannot be predicted reliably. The predictions should be sufficient for astronomical observations. They should be viewed with caution if the predicted uncertainties exceed 0.1 MHz.
Spin-statistics matter for the intensities. The nuclear spin-weight ratio is 3 : 1 for ortho-H2C2Si : para-H2C2Si. The ortho states are described by Ka odd, the para states by Ka even.
The dipole moment is from an ab initio calculation by
