The microwave frequencies have been reported by
(1) C. C. Costain and R. J. Morton,
1959, J. Chem. Phys. 31, 389.
The millimeter wave frequencies have been reported
by
(2) M. Takami,
1980, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 80, 301.
Some transitions from (2) with larger residuals were
omitted from the fit. The entry should be sufficient
for identifying the isotopolog in dark clouds.
Predictions with uncertainties larger than 0.3 MHz
should be viewed with caution.
The dipole moment was assumed to agree with that of the
main species, see e054510.cat.
