Predictions with uncertainties larger than 0.5 MHz
should be viewed with caution. Moreover, all predictions
for the higher-lying Π3/2 spin component
should be viewed with great caution.
The ab initio dipole moment was assumed to agree
with that of the main species, see e055503.cat.
