The energy levels of atomic iron have been determined with high accuracy from extensive mid-IR, visible, and UV measurements in
(1) G. Nave, S. Johansson, R. C. M. Learner, A. P. Thorne, and J. W. Brault, 1994, Astrophys. J. Suppl. Ser. 94, 221.
The two lowest energy, highest frequency transitions were derived from these data. The frequencies of the two highest energy, lowest frequency components were determined by laser magnetic resonance in
(2) J. M. Brown and K. M. Evenson, 1995, Astrophys. J. 441, L97.
The Einstein A values were taken from (2).
