Millimeter and submillimeter data were reported by

The data have been truncated at J = 50 and 500 GHz. Transition frequencies involving Ka > 9 should be viewed with caution.
At low temperatures, it may be necessary to discern between ortho-c-H2C318O and para-c-H2C318O. The ortho and para states are described by Ka odd and even, respectively. The nuclear spin-weights are 3 and 1 for ortho-c-H2C318O and para-c-H2C318O, respectively. The JKaKc = 111 level is the lowest ortho level. It is 1.2678 cm–1 above ground.
The dipole moment of the main isotopolog was determined in (2).
