Millimeter and submillimeter data were reported by
(1) H. S. P. Müller, A. Brahmi M., J.-C. Guillemin, F. Lewen, and S. Schlemmer, 2021, Astron. Astrophys. 647, Art. No. A179.
Earlier, limited microwave data were taken from
(2) R. C. Benson, W. H. Flygare, M. Oda, and R. Breslow, 1973, J. Am. Chem. Soc. 95, 2772.
The data have been truncated at J = 50 and 500 GHz. Transition frequencies involving Ka > 14 should be viewed with caution.
At low temperatures, it may be necessary to discern between ortho-c-D2C3O and para-c-D2C3O. The ortho and para states are described by Ka even and odd, respectively. The nuclear spin-weights are 2 and 1 for ortho-c-D2C3O and para-c-D2C3O, respectively. The JKaKc = 111 level is the lowest para level. It is 1.0049 cm–1 above ground.
The dipole moment of the main isotopolog was determined in (2).
