The predictions should be reliable throughout. Transitions above 500 GHz or with higher values of K should be viewed with caution.
14N hyperfine splitting was resolved in laboratory measurements, but are deemed to be unimportant for astronomical observations.
Note: At low temperatures, it may be necessary to discern between A-29SiH3CN and E-29SiH3CN. The A state levels are described by K = 3n, those of E state by K = 3n ± 1. The nuclear spin-weight ratio is 2 : 1 for A-29SiH3CN with K > 0 and all other states, respectively. The dipole moment was assumed to agree with the one of the main isotopolog.
