The 2Π1/2 hyperfine split transition
frequencies have been reported by
(1) M. C. McCarthy and P. Thaddeus,
2005, J. Chem. Phys. 122, Art. No. 174308.
We are greateful to M. C. McCarthy for providing initial files.
The fit has been carried out employing parameters and
quantum numbers of Hund's case (b), as usual.
Concerning Hund's case (a) quantum numbers, levels with
J + 0.5 = N correlate with
2Π1/2 and levels with
J 0.5 = N correlate with
2Π3/2 for J ≤ 11.5;
the correlation is reversed for J ≥ 12.5.
Predictions should be reliable up to about 100 GHz.
Predictions for the hyperfine splitting in the higher
lying 2Π3/2 spin component
as well as those for transitions above 100 GHz
should be viewed with great caution.
The dipole moment was assumed to agree with that
of the main species, see e061505.cat.
