The lines were reported by

There is no change in the input data with respect to the
first entry from April 2000. However, an ab initio
dipole moment was used. Moreover, the standard entry does
not include 1H and 14N hyperfine
splitting. However, this splitting may be resolved at
low values of N. Therefore, predictions with
1H and 14N hyperfine splitting
are available for N" < 10.

DOES take into account the hyperfine splitting !
