Transition frequencies without hyperfine structure
splitting were taken from
(1) P. M. Sheridan, M. A. Brewster, L. M. Ziurys,
2002, Astrophys. J. 576, 1108.
Transition frequencies with hyperfine structure
splitting were taken from
(2) K. C. Namiki and T. C. Steimle,
1999, J. Chem. Phys. 111, 6385.
The partition function does not take into account
vibrational corrections but takes into accout the HFS
splitting. The predictions should be sufficiently accurate
for observational purposes. Some caution is advised for
frequencies with calculated uncertainties exceeding 0.2 MHz.
14N hyperfine splitting may be resolved
for low values of J. Therefore, a
separate hyperfine calculation is provided for
frequencies below 215 GHz.
The dipole moment was determined by

1999, J. Chem. Phys. 110, 881.
