The lines were reported in
(1) S. Thorwirth, R. I. Kaiser, K. N. Crabtree, and M. C. McCarthy, 2015, Chem. Commun. 51, 11305.
The predicted transition frequencies should be reliable up to at least 150 GHz. 14N hyperfine splitting is small even at low frequencies; it is deemed to be unimportant for radio astronomical observations.
The computed dipole moment is from (1).
