With respect to the first entry from Dec. 2001, the data set was reevaluated. The J" = 1 to 4 transition frequencies originate from

The J" = 0 transition frequency was taken from
(2) Y. Oshima and Y. Endo, 1992, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 153, 627.
The uncertainties in (2) were estimated based on the residuals.
The values for D and H were estimated from the main isotopolog. As a consequence, the calculated uncertainties are somewhat small. Predictions beyond about 200 GHz should be viewed with caution.
The dipole moment is assumed to be the same as for the main isotopolog, see e068503.cat.
