With respect to the second entry from Jun. 2013, the data set was extended by some upper millimeter transitions from

With respect to the first entry from Dec. 2001, the data set was reevaluated. The J" = 1 to 4 transition frequencies originate from
(2) N. Sakai, S. Takano, T. Sakai, S. Shiba, Y. Sumiyoshi, Y. Endo, and S. Yamamoto, 2013, J. Phys. Chem. A 117, 9831.
The J" = 0 transition frequency was taken from
(3) Y. Oshima and Y. Endo, 1992, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 153, 627.
Transition frequencies with calculated uncertainties exceeding 0.1 MHz should be viewed with caution.
The dipole moment is assumed to be the same as for the main isotopolog, see e068503.cat.
