The data set is somewhat limited, but should be sufficient
for observations in cold sources. Low-K transitions
should be viewed with caution above J = 15.
Transitions with Ka exceeding two should
be viewed with increased caution.
At low temperatures, it may be necessary to discern between
ortho-c-H2C3S and
para-c-H2C3S. The ortho
and para states are described by Ka odd
and even, respectively. The nuclear spin-weights are 3 and 1 for
ortho-c-H2C3S and
para-c-H2C3S, respectively.
The JKaKc = 111
level is the lowest ortho level.
It is 1.1921 cm1 above ground.
The dipole moment is from a quantum chemical
calculation in (1).
