Transition frequencies without hyperfine structure
splitting were taken from

Transition frequencies with hyperfine structure
splitting were taken from
(2) K. Katoh, T. Okabayashi, M. Tanimoto, Y. Sumiyoshi,
and Y. Endo,
2004, J. Chem. Phys. 120, 7927.
The partition function takes into account vibrational
corrections approxomately and also the HFS splitting.
The predictions should be sufficiently accurate for
observational purposes. Some caution is advised for
frequencies with calculated uncertainties exceeding 0.2 MHz.
19F hyperfine splitting may be resolved
for low values of J. Therefore, a
separate hyperfine calculation is provided for
frequencies below 211 GHz.
The dipole moment was calculated by

1999, Mol. Phys. 97, 1009.
