The transition frequencies were reported by

The data set is quite limited. Therefore, transition
frequencies are provide only up to 117 GHz and J = 15.
Ka was limited to 3 for a-type
transitions and 1 for b-type transitions.
1H hyperfine splitting is provided throughout.
Calculated frequencies with Ka = 3 or
with calculated uncertainties exceeding 0.1 MHz should
be viewed with caution.
The dipole moment is from a quantum chemical calculation
in (1).
