The astronomical lines have been reported by

The quartic distortion parameter was kept fixed to the value from a quantum chemical calculation. The uncertainty of one line was doubled.
The calculations should be quite reliable up to about 90 GHz.
The dipole moment was taken from a quantum chemical calculation in (1).
Its value should be viewed with some caution.
