The experimental lines were reported by
(1) M. C. McCarthy and P. Thaddeus, 2002, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 211, 228.
Only Ka = 0 and 1 transition were detected thus far. The extrapolation should be good up to possibly 87 GHz for these Ka; transition frequencies involving higher values of Ka should be viewed with increasing caution.
Spin-statistics matter for the intensities. The nuclear spin-weight ratio is 3 : 1 for ortho-H2C4Si : para-H2C4Si. The ortho states are described by Ka odd, the para states by Ka even.
