The treatment here is slightly different frrom the one in (1).
The calculation is given with 35Cl HFS splitting
even though the splitting is (largely) collapsed at
higher quantum numbers or frequencies.
The calculation should be sufficiently accurate
for astronomical observations.
The dipole moment components were taken from

Please note that the a-dipole moment component is
not zero, but nearly so.
