The lines were taken from

2000, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 199, 275.
In the laboratory, 45Sc and 35Cl hyperfine
splitting was resolved. However, since it will be
resolvable in the ISM or CSM only at low values of J,
only the unsplit frequencies have been predicted.
The predictions at higher J should be viewed with some caution
because of the limited data available. Predictions
with hyperfine structure are also available.
The partition function does not consider the hyperfine effects !
The partition function values have to be multiplied with 32 when hyperfine
splitting is considered.
