The calculations were truncated at J = 50. Transitions with calculated uncertainties exceeding 0.1 MHz should be viwed with caution.
The 14N hyperfine splitting may be resolved for lower J transitions. Therefore, a separate hyperfine calculation up to J = 10 and up to 51 GHz is provided. The 14N spin multiplicity of 3 was considered in the calculation of the partition function !
The dipole moment is from a quantum chemical calculation in (1).
