The assigned uncertainties are close to those assumed
implicitely.
Predictions with Ka > 2
were omitted because of lack of experimental data.
Predictions should be good enough to identify the molecule
in the cold and dense ISM. They should be viewed with
caution above 42 GHz.
The dipole moment was estimated.
