The experimental lines are from

Values for the partition function were extrapolated
for T ≥ 225 K.
The 14N hyperfine splitting was not considered
because it was not resolved in the laboratory, and it is
unlikely to be resolved in the ISM.
The dipole moment is from an ab initio calculation
from

The input, and hence the predicted frequencies and
uncertainties, are identical to those in the JPL catalog entry
