The molecule was identified in the course of the GOTHAM survey of TMC-1 carried out with the 100 m GBT dish. Several oblate paired //a//-type rotational transitions were observed. Several of these had an S/N of about 3; stacking improved the result. The derived column density is comparable to many related aromatic cyano derivatives, highest among individual presently known ones. A rotational temperature of 6 K was derived with great accuracy.\\
