The ALMA-PILS survey: First detection of nitrous acid (HONO) in the interstellar medium
Astron. Astrophys. 623 (2019), Art. No. L13.
15 lines, mostly between 329.5 and 362.4 GHz with 13 ≤ J ≤ 17 and Ka ≤ 6
were detected with ALMA in emission toward the Solar-type protostar IRAS 16293–2422 B. The inferred rotational
temperature is about 100 K, and the NO/HONO ratio is about 22.
