Cernicharo\\ described the\\ **[[https://doi.org/10.1051/0004-6361/202346935|First Detection of the HSO Radical in Space]]**\\ //Astron. Astrophys.// **674**, Art. No. L13 (2023).\\ Several hyperfine components of the 101 − 000 transition near 39.5 and 39.9 GHz were detected with the Yebes 40 m dish toward the cold dense cores B1-b, TMC-1 CP, and L183 in the course of molecular line surveys. The strongest component near 39.532 GHz was also identified toward L483, L1495B, L1527, and Lupus-1A. The abundance ratio of SO to HSO shows some scatter, the former being often around a factor of 100 more abundant. There is indication that the ratio in L1527 is more like 6.\\ \\ ---- Contributor(s): H. S. P. Müller; 06, 2023 ---- molecules/ism/hso.txt Last modified: 2023/06/27 13:18by mueller
