reported on the
Discovery of Two Metallic Cyanoacetylides in IRC +10216: HMgCCCN and NaCCCN
Astron. Astrophys. 672, Art. No. L12 (2023).
The molecule was identified in the course of a molecular line survey between 31.0 and 50.3 GHz through seven transitions of which one was slightly and one heavily blended. The rotational temperature is about 13.5 K. It is less abundant than sodium (iso) cyanide by a factor of about 250 to 750.
