Ground state combination loops published in Ref. 3 permit A – B and D_K to be determined; H_K has been estimated.

There is little special in the files. The main aspect is that the current version as well as fairly recent ones require the axis of statistical weight to be coded as 6 to indicate C_3v symmetry. In the only option line (line 3:)
