S. Martín, R. Mauersberger, J. Martín-Pintado, C. Henkel, and S. García-Burillo
used the IRAM 30 m telecope to carry out
A 2 Millimeter Spectral Line Survey of the Starburst Galaxy NGC 253
Astrophys. J. Suppl. ser. 164, (2006) 450 – 476.
Thioethenylidene, C2S, was identified by its four NJ = 1011 – 910 to 1112 – 1014 transitions with rest frequencies between 131.5 and 144.3 GHz.

S. Muller, A. Beelen, M. Guélin, S. Aalto, J. H. Black, F. Combes, S. J. Curran, P. Theule, and S. N. Longmore
used the Australia Telescope Compact Array (ATCA) to study the molecular content of a foreground galaxy at z = 0.89 (FG0.89 consisting of two subsources, FG0.89SW and FG0.89NO) in absorption toward the quasar PKS 1830-211:
Molecules at //z// = 0.89: A 4-mm-Rest-Frame Absorption-Line Survey toward PKS 1830-211
Astron. Astrophys. 535, (2011) Art. No. A103.
The low energy fine structure lines NJ = 55 – 43, 65 – 54, and 76 – 65 with rest frequencies near 57.2, 69.3, and 81.5 GHz, respectively, were detected in absorption.
