 +ALMA was used at 1.3 mm to study the N 113 hot core region of the LMC. One line of methyl formate near 216.97 GHz was detected with reasonable signal-to-noise ratio toward the A1 peak and two more lines around 216.835 GHz look a bit too strong. The derived column density is about a factor of 15 lower than that of methanol.\\
