ALMA was used at 1.3 mm to study the N 113 hot core region of the LMC. One line near 216.97 GHz was detected with reasonable signal-to-noise ratio toward the A1 peak and two more around 216.835 GHz were close to the noise limit. The derived column density is about a factor of 15 lower than that of methanol.
